You mentioned a mission-skip mod? Where can I find that (that isn't the Steam Workshop, as, y'know, GOG version.) I can also confirm the 'don't fire explosives from the mech' and 'don't use the mech's guns' theories are useless. My initial theory was that there would be a position allowing the ship to bounce off the wall and continue, but the best I could do was send it further down the wall and get stuck somewhere else without further manipulatability. But, I decided to just go to the link provided by Arondight because even after doing all those suggestions and not having a cheat or MOD installed and still getting stick I just downloaded a MOD to skip the mission completely and advance without it. I've replayed that mission so much I'm getting sick of Matt as a character altogther and just rather him get eaten by the aliens lol. Interesting that where you aim influences that. (Note: this is a GOG copy of the game, which is updated) Where you aim can influence what position the ship gets stuck in, which is interesting. The ship clips a pillar on the right side of the tunnel and gets stuck.
